FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  July 7, 2024 MISSING PERSON REPORTED TO NOPD EIGHTH DISTRICT nopd NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating an adult female reported in the Eighth District. Styisha Taylor (pictured, DOB: 6/30/1996) was last seen on July 5, 2024 at about 3:00 p.m. inside of the River Walk.
