Arrest made by New Orleans Police in Sexual Battery Cases

New Orleans - New Orleans Police have arrested a suspect in connection with two sexual battery incidents

 

Arrested was Christopher Spain (pictured), Black male, DOB 03/08/2005.  He is charged with sexual battery and attempted sexual battery. 

 

All persons are considered innocent unless found guilty on a court of law. 

 

According to investigators, the incidents occurred at approximately 8:41 p.m. on June 14, 2024 in the 900 and 1100 blocks of City Park Avenue.

 

Anyone with information concerning the crimes or the arrestee is asked to call Special Victims detectives at 504-658-5523 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
