FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  July 17, 2024  ARREST MADE BY NEW ORLEANS POLICE IN SEXUAL BATTERY CASES Sex batt New Orleans - New Orleans Police have arrested a suspect in connection with two sexual battery incidents Arrested was Christopher Spain (pictured), Black male, DOB 03/08/2005.  He is charged with sexual battery and attempted sexual battery.  All persons are considered innocent unless found guilty on a court of law.  According to investigators, the incidents occurred at approximately 8:41 p.m. on June 14, 2024 in the 900 and 1100 blocks of City Park Avenue.
