It’s a very different feeling to deadlift on our Kratos Strongman Barbell compared to a power or deadlift bar! The pull off the floor will take a lot longer to break, as you have to pull all the slack (flex) out of the barbell. This can feel like the plates are never going to leave the floor but once it does, it will come up fast. The next thing to overcome will be the flex and movement at the top of the lift, these bars are a lot more lithe and this will present a new challenge.
