"So my dad introduced me to baseball when I was 3 years old. I loved the game since then, but I was playing other sports and didn't know what sport was my favorite.
My dad tragically passed away 3 years later on my sister's 4th birthday. Baseball was hard for me to play after that because it was always my dad's favorite and it made me miss him.
But then I had a light switch go off, and instead of missing him, it made me think I was playing with him. On my 18th birthday, I got his initials tattooed on my right arm so I can always play catch with him."
