ATHLEAN-X COPY THIS IF... Not a day goes by where I'm not asked by, no joke, at least 20 people... "Jeff, what exactly do you eat and how do you workout?" So I decided, why not just type it out for you so you can copy me if you want to follow my routine exactly. 7:00am - Wake Up (2 full glasses of water) 8:00am - Pumpkin spice oatmeal with cinnamon and walnuts, scrambled egg white w/ salsa, 1 RX Chocolate Salted Caramel PRO-30G protein shake (my favorite flavor!), Omega-3 fatty acids (Dr. C's) 11:00am - 24 ounces of water / turkey jerky + pretzels / 3 MECHAN-X joint formula 2:00pm - Cajun grilled chicken wrap with roasted vegetables and hot sauce / Ratio Greek Yogurt / 20 ounces of water 6:00pm - Frosted Cinnamon Bun PRO-30G shake with 2 cups of skim milk / 10 ounces of water separate 9:30pm - RX1 Icy Berry Blast Preworkout mixed with 10 ounces of water 10:00pm - Train (currently following Beaxst Week 11) 11:00pm - Dedicated ab work (every day) 11:15pm - Grilled chicken or fish, mashed sweet potatoes, asparagus, pasta / 15 ounces of sparkling water / frozen yogurt w/ whipped cream for dessert 12:00am - RX3 Reconstruxion muscle recovery + Aalpha BCAA's + Omega-3 Fatty Acids + MECHAN-X joint recovery 12:30am - Bed THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I DO What I eat. How I train. What I supplement with WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THE SAME APPROACH? The sky is the limit. Truthfully, I don't think I was blessed with any outstanding muscle genetics. My dad is 5'9" 170lbs. Mom was 5'0 and tiny. What I was blessed with however... Was an ability to stay laser focused and consistent. The list above contains the exact tools I use to make the consistency - enjoyable and effective! Feel free to do any, all or none of what I show you above. Obviously... I wouldn't recommend dinner at almost midnight, and I'd say a little more sleep will do your body good. BUT... You wanted to know what I do. Here it is. I get asked so many times "Jeff, what is your exact eating, supplement and training schedule"? I figured, why not answer it when I had a chance to drop it in an email. Keep in mind, this is very specific to me and my needs. Remember, I'm a 48 year old incredibly active dude - with a history of bad biomechanics that left me a little banged up (before I went to school to become a PT!).
