Hi ,

I spent a few hours on Sunday morning thinking about my business, and something struck me. I've got a super quick question I need to ask you.

You see, I think that we are pretty good at what we do. We do it with pride and we've been doing it for long enough to know that our customers think so too.

But (there's always a but!)...

You're not a customer, and I wondered why that is, so I thought I would ask.

I figured it'd be one of 3 things:

1 - Price: perhaps you were waiting for a "cheap as chips" offer that never came?

2 - You're all sorted: you found someone else, another supplier.

3 - You're busy, and this decision took a back seat for a while.

Or, is it something completely different? I don't want to try and second guess you - so I'd be very grateful if you could hit reply and fire a one line email back saying "I'm a 1" or "It was a 2, I'm all sorted thanks". Whatever best describes the reason that's stopped you from becoming a customer. 

Just hit reply, I'd really appreciate it.
