Lauded as a “Marsannay reference point” by William Keller of Wine Advocate, Domaine Charles Audoin is named after the visionary
winemaker who first started bottling his family’s wines in the 1970s. This single vineyard bottling comes from their Les
Longeroies plot which is expected to gain Premier Cru status in the near future. The expert winemaking and exceptional terroir
make this a truly great Marsannay red that rivals many Premier Crus from neighbouring appellations. Bright red fruit like
raspberries, red cherries and pomegranate define the nose while the palate offers a medium body, well-built structure and fine
tannins. Bold fruit flavours dominate along with undertones of dried herbs, forest floor, and woodsmoke from the oak ageing

This wine is a great introduction to one of Chablis’ most interesting Premier Crus. In “Forets”, the bedrock lies extremely close
to the roots of the vines - in some spots, just a few centimetres under the ground. This gifts the wine with a rich minerality and
that unmistakable gunflint note which has become highly sought after across the world. Rich and spicy fruit aromas waft from the
neck of this bottle, mingling with more delicate notes of hedgerow, raw chocolate and pepper. It contains some remarkably bold
flavours for a Chardonnay and is definitely worthy of cellaring in the long term. On the palate, look for lemon, white-fleshed
fruits, gunsmoke and chalk, with the slightest hint of aniseed

Chateau de Meursault is one of Burgundy’s grand, old estates, responsible for creating some of the region's most delectable wines.
This Meursault exhibits a generous nose of white flowers, peach and nectarine, with buttery notes of toast and oatmeal. In the
mouth, you’ll find rich citrus flavours mingling with sweet, ripe tropical fruits. Hints of mango and pineapple add to the round
mouthful, which ends in a tangy finish. This is Chateau de Meursault’s signature wine and a truly brilliant expression of the
region

From the beginning, this Premier Cru bursts with toasted scents, ripe gooseberry, white chocolate and pannacotta. The fruits were
grown on rich limestone soil, bringing freshness and minerality that distinguishes it from other vineyards in the area. The palate
is firm and tangy, with notes of lemon peel, pear and sea salt, and its high acidity and minerality drive a long finish. It is a
perfect choice for those who enjoy sharp, unoaked whites. Pair it with asparagus, chicken and leek pie, or seafaring fish such as
haddock and cod

Domaine Jessiaume has access to some of the greatest vineyards in Burgundy, including the esteemed Premier Cru “Les Gravières” -
of which they own 3.8 hectares. The terroir is defined by its mineral-rich soils, composed mostly of limestone and gravel, which
elevate any vine that spreads its roots here. This Les Gravières wine shows a generous nose, which is full of red berries and
rough around the edges, with notes of earth, cocoa and rose petals. The palate exhibits a plump character, with beautiful, crisp
tannins, juicy acidity and a focused fruitiness. You can discover classic Pinot Noir notes of plum, raspberry and strawberry, with
hints of truffle and leather. This is a top-quality wine, and it will no doubt benefit from some extended ageing

Maison Albert Bichot is one of the most prestigious and influential wine producers in Burgundy. The Aligoté grapes come from the
Champ Renard plot, planted on sandy loam and clayey-limestone soil and located at the entrance to the village of Mercurey. From an
oenological point of view, the grapes are grown with the same approach as Chardonnay. The finished wine is aged in thermoregulated
stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Domaine Adelie's Bourgogne Aligote Champ Renard is a fresh and easy-drinking wine, which
reveals a delicate and pleasant aromatic profile with floral and fruity aromas. In the mouth, it is round and consistent, with a
well-balanced acidity and a pleasant finish of dried fruit

This wine hails from one of the winery’s hidden gems, an AOC village called Domaine du Pavillon, situated just south of Pommard.
The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested from Clos des Ursulines, a 4-hectare plot decorated with ancient pine trees. This wine has a
richly scented nose, revealing notes of red and black fruits, such as cherry and blackcurrant, along with hints of fig and
fruitcake. For a Pinot Noir, this Pommard wine is notably full-bodied, with a succulent, round mouthfeel and a slight tannic bite.
Look for a medley of red fruits on the palate, with hints of various spices, chocolate, and classic Pinot notes of mushroom and
forest floor. Thanks to its notable tannic quality, there is plenty of room for ageing with this bottle. After some years, you may
discover some tertiary notes of leather and coffee

This stunning Gevrey-Chambertin is made from manually-harvested fruit from five top “lieux-dits”, or named plots, on the
appellation’s northern slope which is known as the Côteau de Brochon. The average age of the vines is 50 years, with some plots
like Combe du Dessus and En Derée planted with much older vines. They typically produce small, very concentrated grapes which give
the wine the classic rich fruit and opulence of a Gevrey-Chambertin. Once in the winery the fruit is carefully sorted and
fermented using wild yeasts which occur naturally in the environment. The wine then spends 18 months maturing in oak barrels
before its deemed ready for release, helping to add subtle hints of toast and spice to the velvety tannins and generous medium
body. Intensity and power balanced by a bright streak of acidity make this a great wine to cellar for a few more years
